nashville + rockettes.

last weekend we ventured off to nashville to see the radio city rockettes! nashville is one of my very favorite cities so of course we made a weekend out of it. me + mom + sister + friends. we shopped. a lot. we ate. a lot. we laughed. a lot. and of course, we saw the rockettes! we have seen them several times but once again they did not disappoint. i am like a little girl when i watch them. i really think that the sound of their shoes tapping when they dance is the most magical sound. i could just listen to them for hours upon hours and never get tired of it. they are incredible.
nashville is the best place to shop. so of course we were loving that. however it was only two weekends before christmas so it was absolutely nuts!! but thats ok. we stuck it out. especially for anthropologie. we got there saturday early afternoon, shopped all day, had some dinner then went to the show. and again, it was seriously so so good. after dinner we went to the opryland hotel to walk around and look at all the christmas lights. it was beautiful!! then we were tired so we came back to our hotel and watched elf & headed to bed. sunday morning we got up & ready and headed to the cheesecake factory for lunch. nom nom nom. one of the best parts of nashville. seriously. after lunch...more shopping. finally we were all exhausted so we loaded up and headed back home. it was a short trip but it was a constant go go go (which i love) but by the time we got back home we were sleeeeeeepy.
it was a great weekend! i love christmas traditions like this! i didnt take my camera, so iphone pictures it is!
