life of the beloved: cherry grove.

i got to wrap up my summer at the beach with my greatest friends....cant really think of anything much better than that. one of my roommates has a condo in cherry grove beach so we got to take a trip and just really enjoy our last week of summer. there was lots of laying in the sun, spike ball, frisbee, going to the fair, crying on fair rides, playing in the ocean, mafia, and lots and LOTS of laughter. there was also a trip to dirty myrtle. wont be forgetting that anytime soon. that week was such a gift and i am so thankful for it. it was restoration right when i needed it. the Lord is good to provide that in our time of need. we didnt want summer to end and school to start but if it had to happen, this was a pretty good way to move from one to the next. i certainly can't complain. im thankful for such a joyful week that renewed me for the year ahead. and im thankful for such sweet dear friends to spend it with. friends that love me so well and encourage me and make me laugh and really push me to jesus. happy happy full heart.
